How Do I Redeem a Gift Voucher?
After clicking the Purchase button, the system will take you to the Cart page.
Enter the code given on the voucher into the "Coupon code" box and click the "Update Cart" button. The system will now deduct the value shown on the voucher from the cost of the mystery game.
How Long are Vouchers Valid?
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
What Games are Gift Coupons Valid for?
The coupons are valid for all games.
What if the Cost of the Coupon is Less than the Cost of the Game?
The coupon recipient needs to pay the difference before the game can be purchased.
What if the Cost of the Coupon is Greater than the Cost of the Game?
We do not give refunds. However, if the coupon recipient emails us via our contact form, we will issue a second coupon for the difference in value.
What if the Coupon is Due to Expire?
If the coupon recipient has not had a chance to use the voucher due to "circumstances", they can email us via our contact form and we will be happy to extend the date.
Can the Recipient Use the Game Commercially?
